Hide/Remove password field

I have a site where all the users are created by the administrator and they have passwords. I have 2FA on the login (via email) via email (yes not overly secure). What I want to do is hide the password field so they just enter their email (which is already registered) enter the 2FA code and get into the site. Is there anyway of hiding the password field? Short code?
