Hide “Screen options” and “help”

  • Hi,

    Firtsly, thank you for creating an awesome plugin. It solved a lot of my problems.

    Now, just a couple of quick questions:

    How do I hide “Screen options” and “Help” from Dashboard?

    Also, I have a plugin called “Cache enabler” and I cant hide “Clear URL cache” on frontend admin toolbar.

    Clear URL cache

    Any thoughts?
