    Hi team,

I just added my email during checkout and already see a sipping option (14€).

This can be very confusing to the user, since he hasn’t even yet provided an address / postcode.

Can the shipping options be hidden until the user enters his address / postcode?

    Thank you!

    Hi @orschiro,

This is not an issue if Fluid Checkout, but how WooCommerce manages the shipping methods available.

You can enable the options “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” in the WooCommerce settings at WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options. This should hide the all shipping costs until the customer enter’s their shipping address on the cart or checkout pages.

I’m closing this topic here. If you need further assistance with this issue, please contact the WooCommerce support team directly.

    Best,
    Diego.

    Thanks, Diego!

It’s already enabled, but apparently not working. ??

    Hi @orschiro,

You are right. I tested this with Fluid Checkout activated and activated and our plugin is not completely respecting that option to “hide the shipping costs until an address is entered”.

We will fix this and let you know once an update is available.

    Thanks for the patience.

    Best,
    Diego.
