Hide shipping rules not working

    Hi,

    I am using this plugin with the Flexible Shipping plugin, and have done for a few months. However, the FS plugin recently switched from group to single methods which has seemingly caused compatibility issues with this plugin as it worked fine before.

    The problem:- I have a rule set up for hide my “standard” flexible shipping methods from USA/EU (as pictured below) if the cart value greater than 60. However, on my site when adding items to the cart, the hide shipping rule only applies to USA and not EU.

  • I had a similar problem recently with FS, and they updated Hide Shipping plugin to fit the new single method.

    After the update, I had to do some black magic for everything to work, I :
    – opened and re-saved every delivery method
    – removed all methods from my Hide Shipping rule, save
    – put all the methods back, saved

    It seems it worked… even if I still have problems, I don’t think they’re related to this issue…

    Yes it is very frustrating. I have tried your steps but it still doesn’t work – there are lots of issues. I had to result to uninstalling this plugin. Hopefully the developers can make it compatible with Flexible shipping again in the future as currently there is too many problems.

    still not working… i want to hide the free delivery when car contains category’s produts who are not from a specific product category, but nothing happen, the free delivry still appear
