Hide SubGroups tab if there is 0 subgrups in the group

    even better, rename it to “create subgroup” if 0 subgroups are found

    The tab is hidden if there are no subgroups AND the current user cannot create a subgroup.

    When there are no subgroups it’s just there to show the button, so changing the name of the tab is not a bad idea. I’ll have to think about it a bit more since the name of that tab can also be customized by the site administrator.

    In the meantime, you can use the bp_group_hierarchy_extension_tab_name filter to change the name of that tab. It passes the current group object as a second param.
