    Hi,

I want to hide the submission in my Gravity Form overview when the payment didn’t succeed.

Now the submission is visible in my overview, even if the client has not paid yet. Is it possible to only show the paid submissions here?

Hope to hear from you soon!

    Regards,
    Jasper

  • Hello Jasper,

Thank you for your question. It is possible to show only the succeeded payment entries, but you have to use the Gravity Forms filter (Payment status ? Paid).
The default overview will show all entries, it’s not possible (without programming knowledge) to alter the default overview.

Hopefully this will help you! If you have any further questions, please ask!

    Kind Regards

    Hoi Jelke,

Volgens mij kan het ook in het Nederlands haha.
Welke filter bedoel je precies? Of hoe kan ik dit uitvoeren?

    Ik hoor het graag.

    Met vriendelijke groet,
    Jasper

    Hi Jasper,

Correct, but it’s common use to use English in the general WordPress support forum :).

At the top right of your Gravity Forms entries overview there is a dropdown filter. Select ‘Payment status’ ? ‘is’ ? ‘Paid’ and hit ‘Search’.

If you have any further questions you can also contact support (https://www.pronamic.nl/support/).

    Kind regards,
