• Hi, thank you for the plugin.
I have admin permiss in my website.
After install and activate the plugin I can’t see some tabs in other plugin.
Example: woocooomerce I can look only the order tab and section, I cant go and look the clients, order, etc…
I tried with the direct link (Example: https://www.mysite.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fcustomers) but give me “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.

I tried to reset the User Roles but doesn’t change
I tried to deactivate and remove the plugin but doesn’t change

    Can you help me please!

    Thanks

“Reset roles” deleted all roles/capabilities created by WooCommerce.
Deactivate and activate back WooCommerce. It will automatically recreate its roles and capabilities on activation. Check your access to WooCommerce. If some admin menu items are still unavailable look if all existing capabilities are granted to administrator role. If “No”, grant them manually.

    Thanks for the reply.
Woo commerce now it’s ok. But I have the same problem with another plugin: B2B for woocommerce (https://woocommerce.com/products/b2b-for-woocommerce/).
I deactivated and activated back the plugin but nothing change, some tabs of this plugin are hide.
How can I modify or reset manually the capabilities of administrator role?

    Thank you very much.

    1) Ask support of b2b plugin, what user capability it uses, and add them manually at your site.
    or
    2) If there is not too much settings/data of b2b plugin to restore, try to delete it via WordPress->Plugins and install back. There is a chance that plugin will add own user capability again.

I can not say more without access to the plugin source code.
