Hide Tags if count is 0

Basically I need to hide tag is it has 0 posts.
I mean let’s say I have 4 posts. There is a tag “vale” and post with it in category “Photos”.
If I go to category “Videos” I still see that tag, with (0) count. What I want is to hide it.
