Hide text "Created using WP Portfolio by ShrinkTheWeb" ?

To disable the link, you go to WP-Portfolio -> Portfolio Settings -> Link Credit (uncheck).

We prefer you keep the link, even if you use custom images –as the plugin itself requires quite a bit of development and maintenance, but we leave the choice up to users.

I was looking for this too. Thanks for asking the question, and thanks for the answer.

Obviously this doesn’t work any longer, as it’s still showing up on my site plus the box automatically checks itself.

I just tested the removal of the “Link Credit” by unchecking and saving the field as mentioned above. It worked as expected.

Perhaps there is some reason that it is not saving in your database –as you mentioned it keeps checking automatically (which indicates the save is not sticking).
