    Is there a way to hide the text ‘Positive: Professionalism etc’ when this has been added to a review?

    That text should actually not be downloaded. Can you tell me if you are using the Crawl or API and what Place ID or Search Terms you are using?

    I am not sure how the reviews were download, is a website of a client and they ere already there. I suspect they used crawl? (can’t imagine the client capable of using api things)
    Or is there a way to find out?

    Go to the Crawl page and see if the search terms or place id are input. If they are then they probably used that. Tell me the values they are using so I can test. Thanks.
