hide text until click

  • I am looking for a plugin or code that makes the following possible:
    I want to be able to write a post and have a question within that post. To see the answer the visitor has to click on a word (of small image) after which the answer appears.

    Ofcourse I could use the ‘more’ option for that, but I’d like something that doesnt reload the entire post, just shows whats hidden.

    Anyone know if such a code or plugin is available?
