Hide Thank you posts

  • Hi,
    I have created posts to add case studies and white papers in my site so I can list them by categories in different pages as recent posts or most popular posts.
    I have 2 posts for each white paper, first one with a form, and second one the thank you page. I want the forms to show up when I list the posts, but I don’t want the thank you posts to show up there or anywhere, I want them accessible only by submitting the form.

    Is that possible? Any plugin or any other solution that can help me?
