Hide the posts used for slideshow?

  • I’ve got the slideshow working on my front page at https://www.cacevents.com and think it’s fab.

    Only thing is … I’ve set up posts specifically for the slideshow feature .. there’s no content in them, just the photo. How do I hide those posts from my blog page, because they look a bit daft showing up in there!

    you just have to modify your template so that it exclude the category you dedicated to the slider, of just create a menu that exclude this category.

    I’ve seen instructions on how to do that but can’t work out which theme file the bit to change is in … could you advise please?

    its in… one of you theme php files… It’s not standard…
