hide the word category

Bonjour,

When I display the classic sitemap, it appears like that :

Articles par categories
categorie1 : title1
categorie : subtitle1

categorie : subtitle2
—
—
categorie2 : title2
categorie : subtitle1
—
—
categorie : subtitle2
—
—
Languages
—
—

I’d like to hide the word “categorie “which appears in front of each category because this information is useless for the user (he already knows he’s in the category list + they are well classified in bullets) and it is not really aesthetic. Moreover I’d like to know if it’s possible to hide one category in particular (I use it to stock my unfinished articles).
