    Hi,

    Thanks for your feedback. i think what you’re asking for is bbPress territory. You should be able to edit a topic visibility from the topic Administration screen in WordPress backend.

    Hi,

    I was thinking about something else.

    For example, I make in bbpress five “standard” forums and sixth forum which uses your ‘support topic’ plugin.

    On this sixth forum,
    1. I make forum “open” and “visible” (if i hide forum, it disappear from www)
    2. User could type question in topic in this forum. My question is, if such topic could automatically hide after submit.
    3. Admin in WP could decide if reply and make topic public.

    In other words. I would on forum only form, to users could write to us. This questions should be go to support forum with your addon, and after it i would decide of answer on forum, or call to client, or publish answer on forum.
