Hide “Tracking & Tracing” on thank you page

I′m also having this issue, is there a solution for this?

Hi,

I would like to hide the “Tracking & Tracing” headline on the thank you page. As the order just has been made, there is no tracking code yet. So its confusing for the user. Is there a way to hide this headline, when there is no information?
That would improve the UX a lot.
