Hide unused lists?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to show only one of my 3 mailchimp lists to the registrants?
Presently all 3 of my lists show up in a dropdown menu but I don’t want anyone to see my other lists.
Can I change the code where the plugin calls for the lists?
Even better would be for you to add the list selection to the plugin’s settings admin, so I can chose what the users see for lists.
