  • It should be possible with admin menu customizations. Please check the checkbox next to Updates submenu in the plugin on Admin Menu tab. Be sure that you turn Admin Menu customization to ON on the top of the page.

Oh sorry, my bad! I didn’t realize that the items of the checklist are foldable, I’ve just installed the plugin an hour ago!
    Excellent work so far ??

    I’ve been a little hasty!
Everything is working perfectly except the Updates submenu, it’s checked and the admin menu customization is on (comments are hidden for example) but the submenu chosen to be hidden is not!

This happens only with the Dashboard menu of the Admin menu on the left.
I tested for other menus, checking one or more submenus to be hidden works well.

Only Dashboard menu, either I check both or entirely disable the menu or it won’t work.
Also, checking the Home submenu alone disables both Home and Updates submenus.

You should leave admin menu customization as last step in your customization. This could be a known issue with admin menu customization. Please check our FAQ for more info. You should probably use Reset Settings button.
