I was wondering if there is anyway to hide the viewer-pdf-toolbar on the top of the document you are displaying in the fancybox. I do not want the ability for the user to download the document that they are viewing. I have attached an image showing the toolbar that I would like to hide. I will buy the premium plugin if this is a feature.

  • Hi, it actually depends on the browser how the PDF is embedded but you can try appending the pdf file url (in the link on your site) with #toolbar=0&navpanes=0&scrollbar=1 and see if that works on some/most browsers.

Do you happen to know of any way to disable right click on the pdf document?

I’m not aware of an URL parameter that would do that, sorry…

Have you tried a general right-click disabling plugin on your site? Although it wouldn’t surprise me if that has no effect on the PDF?frame, you could try it.
