hide website name from facebook share

    Hi,
    I am using yoast SEO plugin. In facebook share, I want to display Title, image and description. It is showing this 3 things perfectly but It is showing title and sitename.
    I want to show only post title in the share and dont want to show site title.

    Can u please help me to solve this issue.
