Hide Widget when empty?

Hi.
I use two instances of the widget on my WP 4.4.1 start page:
One for the last post (a) and one for the sticky post (b).a) works as expected ??
b) The sticky post widget shows the last “non-sticky” post, when there is no sticky one. Can the widget be hidden when no post is marked as sticky?Thanks in advance!
