Hide Woocommerce Deposits payment options until last page of Gravity Form

I have installed Woocommerce Deposits and I’m using it to enable an event exhibitor to pay a deposit on a site with variable options where the value of the site is calculated via pricing fields set within a Gravity Form (I also have Gravity Forms Product Add-ons installed). The Gravity Form contains 8 separate pages with fields on some of those pages impacting on the total cost to the customer. Currently the selection “Pay Deposit” or “Pay in Full” appear on every page of the form.

Is there a way to get these options only to appear on the final page of the form in the same way that the “Add to Cart” button only appears on the final page of the form?
