Hiding blank sections in Email

First off Great Plugin been using it on several sites!

So i have gone and looked at the past 15 pages of posts but couldnt find answers to either of these.

This one is a little tricky as I am using it as an order form for several products that has over 200+ different entry areas for all different products and sizes. I am trying to see if its possible if they leave some sections blank that we dont get that in the email. So if they only fill out say 25 of the product boxes we dont get 175+ empty areas in the email sent to us.

Also one other question is it possible to have a members info auto filled into specific fields as this page will be hidden from non members/account holders so we would like it for members to go to this page and have a few things like email address, mailing address, account #, etc… auto filled in for them so they don’t have to do it.
