  • First: this has nothing to do with Easy FancyBox. Second: why would you want to use captions but then hide them? Please be aware that search engines might see this as spam!

    But after that said, here is a possible solution for you ??

    Modify your themes stylesheet and add a rule like:

    .wp-caption-text { display: none }

    If you want to hide captions in galleries only then use .gallery-caption instead.

    Actually aren’t captions usefull for search engines ? That’s why I want to use them, but I dont want to be visible in the gallery.

    They can be, but when you are hiding them from human view search engines might see it as a keyword spamming technique instead. You might end up hurting your site more than helping it…
