Hey guys, is there a way to please hide the label that comes through to my email when I receive a response? The contact form I have created has sections that for example are a website field by default, but I have also used this field for users to add their Instagram link. With the label not filled in as I want my form the not show the label above the input field. But when I get a response these two fields are coming through as both a “website”. Please see my links to explain my issue further.

You can upload on the google drive and share the link, the shared link is returning a 404 page.
