Hiding popup after closing not working

    Hi,

    About two or three weeks ago I set the closing cookie field to 30 days. However, every time I go in aktua3.es the popup shows after 61′′

    Can anybody help? I’ve cleared cache and all that.

    Hi Esther I’m not seeing the logo on that url.
    Possible cause of you seeing the popup is that Test mode is turned on, then if you are logged as an admin you will see the logo

    I guess with “the logo” you are referring to the popup, right?

    No… that’s the first think I checked. It’s not on test mode. …

    I don’t know what else to look at…

    See? I just went to the website (not signed in WordPress) and it shows again! Then I signed in to check again if test mode was “yes” and no, it’s “no”….

    Are you using incognito mode or clearing cookies?
    I tested on my end and after closing I’m not seeing it again.

    In your browser cookies you should have spu_box_865 set to true.

    No, I very seldom use incognito mode. I did clear cookies about four or five days ago, but have gone in the website numerous times since and everytime I see the popup…

    As per the setting of the browser cookies, I use chrome and don’t see this option anywhere.

    I have just gone in again and don’t see it now… Funny, bc I haven’t done anything since this morning when I replied to your response.

    Since it seems to be ok now…shall I close the thread and reopen if it happens again?

    Sure thing, if it happens again search how to check cookies in chrome and search the cookies set for your site to see if exists.
