Hiding posts

Hi, is there a function usable for completely hiding posts witch user can’t see?
For example a user who can’t view a post content, is able to see always post title, post main image, and only post body is hidden with a brief text…
I need a function to completely exclude from post loops posts and pages not allowed for a specific role.
Is possible?
For example can I add a filter hook to post_results or in other place in order to achieve my goal?
