Can’t see the image (or more importantly the code) so I can’t really help in much detail – but this is likely a part of your theme.

Consider contacting the developer of the theme to ask them about this.

Or build a child theme (see https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes for details) and either create your own custom template files or use the stylesheet of your child theme to hide the element.
