Hiding unavailable product variants

I noticed that you are communicating with Plugin Support and also with @serafinnyc who is a forum member.

Please note that by default, out-of-stock product variations are not displayed in the selection menu at all.
After reading your first message, I believe that should fulfill your requirements and there is no need for custom code.

I checked this on my test site and it is working as expected.
Here are screenshots for your reference.
You will notice that Blue Variation has Manage Stock enabled and Stock Quantity set to zero.
In the second screenshot, you will see that the Blue variation is not visible.

If you are not seeing the same output for your product variations then share screenshots of the product variation back-end as I have shared.

Then something with your theme @dad0 is overriding this.

@serafinnyc The theme manufacturer told me that the variant management functionality is handled by WordPress/Woocommerce, so I assume that the theme has nothing to do with it.
