Hierarchial Pages Creation functionaly for Premium or Free

I have page parent1 and page child1.
Like these I have 10 parents and 10childs for each page.
Can I import the pages like the below
https://page1/child1.php
http:page1/child2.php
https://page1/…
https://page1/child10.phphttps://page2/child1.php
https://page2/child2.php
https://page2/child3.php….https://page2/child10.phphttps://page10/child1.php…https://page10/child10.php
If its possible premium also fine. please help me.
