I *think* so overall, but it’s not something that CPTUI helps facilitate as we largely stay out of the customizing the permalink structure topic.

One thing needing to keep in mind too is that that could be interpreted as a very nested category term and try to show an archive for it, rather than be interpreted as a single post permalink which happens to have 2 terms in it. You’ll also want to be aware of possible duplicate content to search engines, if there are 2 different child terms /some_category/child_category/post_name and /some_category/child_category_two/post_name. Something controllable by your content creators, but also potentially easy to forget.
