hierarchy categories

This is not possible in current version of the plugin. I added your suggestion in our suggestion list and will discuss on this. If the team approve the suggestion then it will be added in future version of the plugin.

thanks for your reply. just an idea: is it possible to create a custom drop down field and assign it to a category? If a user click on the category, then the custom field will be Show? :-/

I just test it, but when will the custom field visible?

Update: May found a solution. My idea before work and maybe other People can use it:
Step 1: create your categories
Step 2: Create a custom field as a drop down
Step 3: create the “categories” for the second Level
Step 4: assign the custom field to a categorie
Step 5: Smile! =)

Now if a Support user choose a category with linked custom field (drop down) the second Level will visible automatically.
It is limited to two Levels but it′s aktually enough for us
