Hierarchy Menu Tree Add Control

Hello, first I would like to thank you for efforts in creating this plugin, it seems to be on track with a long standing issue in the WP Core that has never been solved.

Did you ever figure out how to allow the hierarchy tree to be maintained when you create a menu and not have to hand indent the tree yourself?

It’s a non issue with a small category structure, but it’s a massive problem when you have 1000+ categories that need to be in a menu.

Also it would be great to see the same in the the product taxonomy
REF: edit-tags.php?taxonomy=product_cat&post_type=product this area is really hard to work with in the native WP framework, when you have 1000+ categories.
