High Ajax Usage

    After having some speed issues I spoke with Kinsta who alerted me of high Ajax usage. Not a developer, but it seems to be Wordfence?

    Top average PHP + MySQL response time is just full of links such as:

    /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wordfence_doScan&isFork=0&scanMode=custom&cronKey

    Time: 49.39 s

    Same on Top maximum upstream time

    Does this mean anything to anyone? All nonsense to me!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Sometimes plugin conflicts or not having enough PHP memory can cause your site to slow down.

    I would first start with asking your hosting provider to increase the php memory limit to if that helps.

    If it doesn’t reach back out here and we can try other methods!
