High bounce rate after installing WordPress SEO by Yoast

I have migrated from all in one SEO. That process went well! Everything imported like a charm.

I have noticed after a week that my bounce rates went from 2% to 40%!! I didn’t count on that to happen.

Is there something i can do?

WordPress SEO by Yoast
W3 total cache (with MaxCDN)
