    Hello,

After activating the plugin I get constant high CPU usage warnings from my host – Siteground. They say the use of admin-ajax.php is way above the usual limits.

Can you please advice me on a solution?

    Thank you,
    Giannis

    Hi Nick,

The site is live and since I had some issues with the host because of the high CPU I think I am going to wait for the official update. Is the fix going to be included there?

    Thanks,
    Giannis

Hello, Two days back I install your plugin into my wordpress website which is hosted over Amazon AWS. After Installing the plugin my system (ubuntu 14) hangs and need to restart and I uninstall your plugin after that I also remove your tables from database manually. But I am still facing apache crashes so rapidly. Please help, Guide and Assist me for the fix. Thanks

    Hi @coolsoft,

So sorry for the delay in response from our side, as this was a response to a resolved thread we overlooked this on our end.

Could I ask if you are still having trouble with this on your side?

I cannot think of a reason why you would still be having resource issues related to WP Live Chat Support if you have removed the plugin, along with the relevant tables.

Do you perhaps have access to the error logs? This may shed some light on the issue.
