High CPU Usage by Elementor

  • Hello,

    My site has been getting restricted from SiteGround due to high CPU usage while still under construction.

    They told me I should limit heartbeat API, so I did that. Then they told me the Elementor page builder was the problem. I have the latest version of Elementor Pro. They say it is sending too many admin-ajax requests per second. I contacted Elementor Pro support but they were of no help at all.

    At this point I have tried it all, I am feeling very desperate since it is impossible to get any good answers from either support team. Siteground has also blocked any other IP except mine from accessing the site. Making it impossible to get the Elementor Support team to look at it.

    Has anyone else experienced the same issue? What should I do?

    Very sad to see so bad support from Elementor

    I dont see any support topic from you in the free version of the Elementor plugin.

    Are you using elementor pro?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
