    Hi there,
Since a few times, I’m noticing unpleasant behaviour, while I clone posts. The Server CPU kinda explodes and the application stops. It is maybe due to the large size of the DB, but I do not get how to handle it.

  • Hi Eugenio!

We understand the server is not working right when you go to clone a post. We would like some more information.

    1. On the posts you go to clone are you using hundreds of modules (such as from a pagebuilder) or custom fields? Can you provide a link to the URL you are trying to clone?

    2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?

    3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.6.1? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider.?Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast.?This guide explains more:?https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.

    4. Are you using v4.1.1 of Duplicate Post?

    Hi @eugenio993,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while so we’re marking this issue as resolved due to inactivity.

You’re welcome to create a new forum topic if you have any other questions.
