High external customer product – There is some plugin?

Hello.
Good evening to all friends. I would like to know, if there is a plugin, that the user can register in woocommerce, and at the same time, can publish a product, that he wants to sell, as an external user.
I mean, that he can, publish a book, that he has. And once filled, all the data that is needed, the product appears in the woocommerce store. Is there a plugin that does this? How could I call the Woocommerce PHP functions, to do it manually?
