High FP Rate: *** Forbidden. Contains contacts. ***

    Getting a high False Positive rate on the linked job application form. The message *** Forbidden. Contains contacts. *** implies that having contact info in the form is spammy? It’s completely normal to have the contact info for references, etc. Does marking the form submissions as “Not Spam” refine the algo for that form to reduce the FP rate? How do we resolve this?

    Hello.

    We’ve analyzed your feedback. You’ve already changed the Set cookies settings to the alternative mechanism. This must help with additional parameters missed in the requests because of the caching plugin.

    Please monitor for a couple of days and let us know if the situation remains the same.
