High IP Requests from /wp-json/cleantalk-antispam/v1/alt_sessions

    Our server is experiencing high load and it seems a large part is resulting from high IP requests from /wp-json/cleantalk-antispam/v1/alt_sessions and we’re trying to figure this out from our server, cloudways side, as well as wordpress side and wanted to reach out to see if you had any answers. Thank you.

    Please try to set the set cookies to On or Off here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    It depends on the number of requests on your website. I think a day should be enough.
