Our company runs several websites with quizzes and tests on them. We serve somewhere in the neighborhood of 150,000 tests / month at the time of writing. Previously we were using WP Pro Quiz which worked well for us but the developer has fallen off the face of the planet–no updates or responses to messages in many years. In the search for a new quiz plugin, we found Quiz Maker and we’ve been very pleased so far. The back end is polished, well-organized, and easy to use, and the front-end has a great aesthetic, enough customizations to make it your own, and doesn’t bog down the server.
We needed a customization to this plugin so I contacted the developers. They were very responsive, reasonably priced, and delivered good work. When I mentioned that the customization lacked a key feature for our use they went back to work and delivered a perfect product within just a couple of days. I’m very pleased with this purchase. They could easily be charging double their current asking price for this product and it would still be a bargain.
Please note that the developers are in Russia and that causes about a 12-hour delay in communications for those of us in the Americas. This isn’t a problem…but don’t expect many back-and-forth emails in one work day.
