High Traffic Site Needs Upgrading – Suggestions?

  • Hi guys,

    A high traffic WordPress site needs upgrading from 2.9.2 to most recent. It can’t afford to be offline for more than a minute.

    Do you know what’s the most efficient way of doing this and keeping the downtime to a minimum?

    I’m guessing live FTP file replacement is not the way to go? ??
