High usage of CPU and memory after updates

  • Dear all,
    I have a problem of CPU and memory usage especially in MySQL. this happened after I made update for WP 3.5.1 and many other plugins.I think one of the plugin listed below has weird behavior with the new update of the CMS.

    Here’s the list of the activated ones:

    A help will be welcome to get me out of this.
