Hi, firstly thank you for this awesome plugin!

The issue I have is the background image for my video appears in low quality. Also I see that the image is hosted on ytimg.com and there is no way to edit the one that is generated. I have re-created my video in YouTube many times but it always ends up with a low quality preview image on my site. Here is an example: https://i2.ytimg.com/vi/FvZlSCA65LI/0.jpg

If I disable this plugin the preview appears in high quality.

Would it be possible to make these appear in high quality and also allow them to be self-hosted and avoid the extra connection to a 3rd party domain?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

For anyone facing this issue I found the solution here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34763547/youtube-maxresdefault-thumbnails

“Simply go into the Video Manager (found under Creator Studio), change the thumbnail to one of the original 3 defaults generated by YouTube, save it, leave the page, and then change back to the original thumbnail. Somehow, this generated the maxresdefault.jpg for me and fixed it. I’m going to assume this is a bug on YouTube’s end where it just doesn’t generate the image.”
