New Pages/Post not in Highest Rated

  • New pages and post do not appear on highest rated php. Add them perfectly for older post. Do I need to clear something?

    Also I cannnot get the tag or category to work (my id is 51). Tried the word too.

    <?php get_highest_rated_tag(51); ?>
