Highlight the search term in results displayed

    Hi,

    I have enabled the plugin to search in both title and description.

    Is it possible to highlight the search term in the results listed. For example when I search for ‘Computer’. Is it possible to highlight the word ‘Computer’ in the results – both in title and description.

    So when the descriptions are long it’s easy for end-user to find the search term in result.

    Hi @celin007,

    thank you for your message. This might be an interesting function to Name Directory but it can be a little tricky to implement. For example, what do we do if people only insert “the” or just “e”, things like that.

    I do have a few ideas that I would like to explore for this, but at the moment I have some important things to take care of personally and a busy day-job and I can’t promise when this will be released.

    I will leave the topic ‘open’ for this to be implemented. Thank you for this nice idea!
