    Hi,

Firstly excellent plugin! I’ve been using it for a long time now, but recently noticed on two of my websites (on different servers) scans are showing:

Comparing open source themes against www.ads-software.com originals
    Problems found.

    Comparing plugins against www.ads-software.com originals
    Problems found.

But on scan completing it informs me there are no problems?

I deleted the plugin and reinstalled on one of the websites, but same problem occurred. On my other websites it appears to work fine. Is this a non error (I.e. can I ignore it) or is it meaning it is now not scanning the themes / plugins correctly?

Forgot to add I ticked the checkbox to remove all Wordfence data if the plugin is disabled. Reactivated it and problem still occurs both comparing theme and plugin is highlighted in red as a “Problem found” but on scan completing it highlights no new issues

    Hi,

Do you have any ignored issues?

    Hi Mark,

I had due to making changes to one of the theme PHP files and there was an indication of a change on a readme file from plugin long time ago (although it looked fine, just a line removed of text removed and version number changed when I compared changes).

I “unignored” the plugin readme file I had set using “ignore until file changes” and ran a scan again. Same thing occurred saying:

Comparing open source themes and comparing plugins www.ads-software.com originals highlighted red with “Problems found.”

But on scan completing it returning no issues.

On another website I have the Wordfence plugin on I just selected “ignore until file changes” on a php file I had edited. I ran a scan again and this time it also now shows:

Comparing open source themes against www.ads-software.com originals – Problems found.

Now looking like if you select “choose to ignore until file changes” it is still registering it as a problem, but it’s not if you know what I mean :).

Might be something to do with latest version, worked fine previously

Forgot to add I then tested by trying “restored file to original” and did a scan again warning did not appear.

OK thanks, we’ll investigate this on our end to see if we can find the cause.

    Regards,

    Mark.
