Highlights not showing up in Readability panel

    When I click on the eyeball icon next to the noted issues in the Readability panel for a post, the text of the post corresponding to the issue no longer gets highlighted.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, the eye marker feature is only available in the default Visual editor. If you’re using the WordPress native content editor, please make sure that you’re using the Visual mode instead of using the Text mode to make sure that the Yoast SEO eye marker feature can highlight the specific parts of your content. In some cases, you may need to update the content or refresh the page to be able to activate the eye marker.
