highly customizable theme or premium charity theme

    Dear WordPress experts and friends,
    I built a website for a humanitarian charity (https://www.mekongembrace.ngo) and I would like to move it to the wordpress platform. At the moment I am deliberating which theme to choose, and would like the help of experienced users.
    We consider two directions (Both of premium themes):

    1. Choosing a highly customizable theme. This way we can adjust the website to our needs, and try and improve features.
    2. Installing a premium charity theme. Especially for some characters that a charity website should have such as good plugins for donation.

    Issues to consider:

    • I know some HTML and CSS but don’t want to deal with it.
    • The Charity enjoys Google Adgrants. We would like to track adwords conversions with Conversion pixel on Thank you pages.

    Any suggestions?
